Wonder Woman is DC Films’ big summer blockbuster hopeful, bringing the origin story of Diana/Wonder Woman to the movie screen for the very first time.
Being a complete origin story, we will get to look back at Diana’s past, starting when she is an eight-year-old girl, the only child on the mystical Amazonian island of Themyscira. In order to realize that part of Wonder Woman’s life onscreen, we’ll see a young actress take on the role of young Diana – and that actress is already out doing some free PR for her Wonder Woman debut.
As you can see below, young actress Lilly Aspell, who plays young Diana in the movie, was out at her local cineplex recently, where she spotted a the “Power” one-sheet for Wonder Woman on display. What ensued next was an adorable photo-op that should make Wonder Woman fans happy:

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers and her true destiny.
Wonder Woman will be in theaters on June 2nd. It is Rated PG-13 for sequences of violence and action, and some suggestive content.
