We haven’t seen the happy-go-lucky Cisco we’ve all grown fond of since Barry sent Reverse-Flash back in time to erase the Flashpoint timeline, inadvertently causing the death of Dante. By the midseason break, Cisco did appear to be coming out of his gloomy shell.
Should fans expect any lingering darkness to dissipate since it was revealed that Cisco will strike up a romantic relationship with Gypsy in the back-half of the season?
“Cisco’s going to come up against a very strong adversary [the metahuman bounty hunter Gypsy, played by Sleepy Hollow alum Jessica Camacho],” co-showrunner Aaron Helbing explained to TV Line, “and she’s going to be someone that he just can’t stop thinking about.”
What’s the DC TV version of Gypsy capable of?
“Well, she essentially can cross dimensions,” he shared. “She’s a much more advanced Vibe, I would say, and she is a badass. She doesn’t take any prisoners. She’s very good at her job, Flash Season 3 Spoilersand she’s a very formidable adversary for the team.”
